To affirm this Nation's tradition of hunting on wildlife refuges.

Declares that the Congress: (1) recognizes the need for and desirability of recreational hunting on national wildlife refuges; (2) recognizes both the financial and organizational support provided by recreational hunters to national wildlife refuges and other Federal lands; and (3) commends professional refuge managers who work to enhance wildlife resources.
