Providing for the maintenance and operation of the House of Representatives Child Care Center.

Provides for the Clerk of the House of Representatives to maintain and operate the House of Representatives Child Care Center for pre-school children of congressional employees. Creates an advisory board for such Center, and establishes an account in the contingent fund of the House as the exclusive source of all salaries and expenses. Repeals current law governing such Center.
