Amends the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act to prohibit any individual from being represented on a contingency fee basis by an attorney or other person in connection with the filing of a claim for payments under such Act or with proceedings on such a claim.
Allows an individual who has had a claim for payments under such Act denied to be represented in connection with any appeal of the denial of such claim, subject to a compensation limitation.
