Amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to increase: (1) the maximum reward for information concerning acts of international terrorism committed primarily outside of the United States; and (2) the amount authorized to be appropriated for such awards.
Makes conforming amendments to the Federal criminal code with respect to provisions concerning domestic terrorism.
