To amend section 123 of the Housing and Urban-Rural Recovery Act of 1983 to require coordination with community development funding organizations in carrying out eligible neighborhood development activities under the neighborhood development program, and for other purposes.
John Heinz Neighorhood Development Program Amendments Act - Amends the Housing and Urban-Rural Recovery Act of 1983 to redesignate the Neighborhood Development Demonstration as the John Heinz Neighborhood Development Program.
Provides for increased Program coordination between community funding organizations and local development organizations.
