Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into cooperative agreements with the owner or operator of the Taliesin (home of Frank Lloyd Wright from 1911 to 1959) site in Wisconsin to provide technical and financial assistance for the protection, restoration, and interpretation of the site. Requires such agreements to: (1) provide for public access to the site through conducted tours; and (2) prohibit an alteration of the site that is not consistent with the preservation and public use plan required to be prepared by the owner or operator as a condition of entering into the agreement. Subjects the plan to the Secretary's approval.
