To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to restore the duty that prevailed under the Tariff Schedules of the United States for certain agglomerated cork products.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to provide a duty on agglomerated cork not further advanced than cut or molded into blocks, plates, cylinders, rolls, sheets, slabs, rods, stocks, strips, and other shapes.
