To amend Public Law 81-874 to provide for an increase in the minimum local contributions rate for local educational agencies for which the boundaries of the school districts are coterminous with the boundaries of military installations.

Amends Federal law relating to impact aid to increase the minimum local contribution rate for local educational agencies for which the boundaries of the school districts are coterminous with the boundaries of military installations.

A BILL
To amend Public Law 81-874 to provide for an increase in the minimum local
contribution rate for local educational agencies for which the boundaries
of the school districts are coterminous with the boundaries of military
installations.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT TO PUBLIC LAW 81-874.
  (a) IN GENERAL- The last sentence of paragraph (2) of section 3(h) of
  Public Law 81-874 (20 U.S.C. 238(h)) is amended by striking `50 per centum'
  and inserting `125 percent of half'.
  (b) EFFECTIVE DATE- The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect
  October 1, 1991.
