To amend chapter 2 of title 3, United States Code, relating to the office and compensation of the President and related matters.
White House Personnel Reauthorization Act of 1992 - Revises Federal law with respect to the office and compensation of the President and related matters.
Requires the President to submit to the Congress reports on: (1) expenditures of executive branch entities made by or on behalf of the President, Vice President, or any component of the Executive Office of the President; (2) how amounts appropriated pursuant to such law were obligated or expended; and (3) the utilization of Government aircraft. Requires such reports to be made available to the public.
Authorizes appropriations.
