Adds specified lands to the Women's Rights National Historical Park in New York.
Provides that funds available to the Secretary of the Interior for the purposes of the Park shall be available to establish and administer education, research facilities, and programs on the history of women's rights within the Park pursuant to cooperative agreements with appropriate public or private entities.
Extends the Women's Rights National Historical Park Advisory Commission to the year 2000.
Increases the limit on the authorization of appropriations for the Park.
