To amend the Social Security Act to authorize States and local political subdivisions of States to use social security account numbers for jury selection purposes.

Amends the Social Security Act to declare it to be U.S. policy that States or subdivisions of States may utilize social security numbers for identifying: (1) duplicate listings of individuals in master lists used for jury selection purposes; and (2) master list listings of individuals who are ineligible for serving on a jury by reason of their conviction for a felony.
