To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to remove any restrictions and conditions on land conveyed by the Veterans Administration to Temple Junior College, Temple, Texas.

Removes restrictions imposed on the transfer of a tract of land to Temple Junior College, Temple, Texas, in 1967, including reverter rights, for appropriate monetary consideration to be determined by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

Authorizes the Secretary to execute such legal documents as necessary to remove such restrictions or conditions while protecting the interests of the United States.
