To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to the treatment of certain areas in applying the purchase price requirements applicable to mortgage revenue bonds.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require modification of the purchase price limits under the mortgage revenue bond program to reflect housing costs in Westchester County, New York.
