Restores and extends Federal recognition, rights, and services to the Catawba Nation (Tribe).
States that tribal authority, including hunting, fishing, and water rights, shall not be affected by this Act.
Treats Catawba reservation land as a Federal Indian reservation.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to accept and hold in trust for the Tribe any trust land conveyed by South Carolina.
