To amend title IV of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to include among pension plans covered under such title pension plans established and maintained by State or local governments for volunteer firefighters.

Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to include among pension plans covered under ERISA title IV (Plan Termination Insurance) those established and maintained by State or local governments for volunteer firefighters.
