To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out a grant program to increase the international competitiveness of the forest products industries in the United States.
Wood Products Export Act of 1992 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make grants to five international forest products trade development centers located at universities in specified regions of the United States to: (1) assist them in increasing the international competitiveness of U.S. forest products; and (2) establish a network among them.
Authorizes appropriations.
