Prohibits voluntary contributions by the United States to the United Nations Development Program, for any year after 1992, from exceeding 90 percent of the amount of such contribution for 1992.
Prohibits the use of such contributions for projects in China, North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Yemen, Syria, Vietnam, and Laos.
