IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES May 20, 1992 Mr. MOODY introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To extend until January 1, 1995, the existing suspension of duty on 6-Hydroxy-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid, and its sodium, potassium, and ammonium salts. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF EXISTING SUSPENSION OF DUTY ON 6-HYDROXY-2-NAPHTHALENE-SULFONIC ACID, AND ITS SODIUM, POTASSIUM, AND AMMONIUM SALTS. Heading 9902.29.10 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking `12/31/92' and inserting `12/31/94'. SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. The amendment made by section 1 takes effect on January 1, 1993.
