To allow financial institutions to disclose to the Office of Personnel Management the names and current addresses of those of their customers who are receiving, by direct deposit or electronic funds transfer, any payments under chapter 83 or chapter 84 of title 5, United States Code.

Amends the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 to authorize financial institutions to disclose to the Office of Personnel Management the names and current addresses of customers where such information is used solely for the administration of the Federal employees' retirement system.
