To waive age restrictions preventing the enlistment or appointment in the Armed Forces of the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and heads of executive agencies.

Authorizes the Secretary of the military department concerned to accept original enlistments in a regular or reserve component of the armed forces or the Coast Guard of the President, Vice President, Members of Congress, and the heads of executive agencies, notwithstanding existing age limitations.

Waives provisions concerning required retirement for age in the case of such persons.
