Thomas Jefferson Commemoration Act - Establishes the Thomas Jefferson Commemoration Commission to promote and coordinate activities in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Thomas Jefferson.
Requires the Commission to make interim and final reports to the President and the Congress on its activities. Terminates the Commission within 60 days after its final report.
Requires the Inspector General of the General Services Administration to audit and report to the President and the Congress on the financial transactions of the Commission (including financial transactions involving donated funds).
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1993 and 1994.
