To amend title 5, United States Code, to limit the time within which the Office of Special Counsel must determine whether or not reasonable grounds exist to support an allegation that a prohibited personnel practice has occurred, exists, or is to be taken, and for other purposes.
Whistleblower Protection Enforcement Act - Requires the Special Counsel to determine whether reasonable grounds exist to support an allegation of prohibited personnel practices by a Federal employee within 18 months after the date on which an allegation is received.
