To amend title II of the Social Security Act to permit the State of Michigan to obtain social security coverage for State and local policemen and firemen under its State agreement entered into pursuant to section 218 of such Act.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to permit the State of Michigan to enter into an agreement to obtain social security coverage for State and local police officers and fire fighters.
