To suspend until January 1, 1995, the duty on Triphenylmethyl chloride, Imidazole Intermediate, 1,3-Dihydroxyacetone, N-Chlorosuccinimide, Losartan (active), and AVISTAR (formulation).

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1994, the duty on: (1) triphenylmethyl chloride; (2) 2-butyl-5-chloro-1H-imidazole-4-carboxaldehyde (imidazole intermediate); (3) 1,3-dihydroxy-acetone; (4) n-chlorosuccinimide; (5) 2-butyl-4-chloro-1-((2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl) (1,1'-biphenyl)-4-yl) (methyl)-1H-imidazole-5-methanol, monopotassium salt (losartan (active)); and (6) AVISTAR (formulation).
