Driver's License Information Protection Act of 1992 - Prohibits a State or any person from disclosing, other than for a governmental purpose, driver's license information to anyone other than the licensee without the licensee's consent.
Authorizes individuals aggrieved by a violation of this Act to obtain appropriate relief in a civil action from the State or from any person participating in making the disclosure, if such State does not prohibit such disclosure.
