To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exempt from tax any gain on the sale or exchange of property acquired from the Resolution Trust Corporation.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to exempt from tax any gain on the sale or exchange of property which is a capital asset or property used in the trade or business and which was acquired from the Resolution Trust Corporation.
