Title I: Land Exchange with City of Tacoma, Washington - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, under specified conditions, to convey to the city of Tacoma, Washington, certain Federal lands adjacent to Lake Cushman in exchange for specified non-Federal lands in the Olympic National Park.
Requires the Secretary to adjust the boundaries of Olympic National Park to reflect the exclusion of such conveyed lands from such Park.
Title II: Olympic Experimental State Forest - Authorizes the State of Washington to submit to the Secretary a management and research plan for the Olympic Experimental Forest that: (1) is based upon the recommendations of the Commission on Old Growth Alternatives for Washington's Forest Trust Lands final report; (2) is developed by the State land management agency; (3) provides for the close integration of research and management; (4) is accompanied by a draft of proposed actions under the plan required by the National Environmental Policy Act; and (5) provides for the conservation of the northern spotted owl and for ecosystem management principles designed to contribute to the conservation of fisheries and sensitive species.
