Environmental Education Clearinghouse Act of 1992 - Amends the National Environmental Education Act to require the Director of the Office of Environmental Education to establish an Environmental Education Clearinghouse Division within such Office.
Requires such Division to establish a program to collect environmental information and make it available to educational institutions in the United States for free and to other interested persons at a fee equal to reasonable costs of providing and mailing computer discs and publications.
Authorizes appropriations.
