To amend chapter 1 of title 17, United States Code, to include in the definition of a cable system a facility which makes secondary transmissions by microwave or certain other technologies.
Compulsory License Clarification Act of 1992 - Amends Federal copyright law to modify the definition of "cable system" to include a facility which makes secondary transmissions of signals by microwave or any other technologies employed for the local distribution of secondary transmissions of broadcast programming.
