To amend title 38, United States Code, to change the date for the beginning
of the Vietnam era for the purpose of veterans benefits from August 5, 1964,
to December 21, 1961.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
  States of America in Congress assembled, That section 101(29) of title
  38, United States Code, is amended by striking out `August 5, 1964' and
  inserting in lieu thereof `December 21, 1961'.
