Regarding the importation of Japanese motor vehicles into the United States.
Two-Way Street Act - Limits the number of Japanese motor vehicles that may be entered into the United States any calendar year after 1992 to the total number of U.S. motor vehicles exported to and sold in Japan during the specified base period for that year.
