To transfer the au pair program from the United States Information Agency to the Department of Justice.
Au Pair Program Act of 1991 - Directs the Attorney General to establish an international cultural exchange program (au pair program) pursuant to specified provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Amends such Act to include au pair program participants among the nonimmigrant classifications of temporary cultural exchange program participants.
