Amends Federal law to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the Truman Farm Home in Grandview, Jackson County, Missouri, to add to the Harry S. Truman National Historic Site.
Directs the Secretary to provide Missouri local governments with technical and planning assistance for the development and implementation of plans, programs, regulations, or other means for minimizing the adverse effects on the Truman Farm Home of the development and use of adjacent lands.
