Requires a certain parcel of land in Grimes County, Texas, owned by the Resolution Trust Corporation, to be treated as a city contribution instead of Federal or State property with respect to fair market value and for local match funding requirements, if the Corporation donates such land to Navasota, Texas, and it is included in a park owned and operated by the city.
