To direct the Administrator of General Services to transfer certain personal property of the Mississippi Delta Development Commission to the Lower Mississippi Delta Development Center.

Directs the Administrator of General Services to transfer without consideration all personal property owned or controlled by the Mississippi Delta Development Commission on the date of the termination of such Commission to the Lower Mississippi Delta Development Center to be used for the functions for which the Commission was established.
