To prohibit discrimination on the basis of certain factors with respect to any aspect of a surety bond transaction.
Equal Surety Bond Opportunity Act - Prohibits any surety from discriminating against any applicant based upon specified factors. Establishes civil liability for violation of this Act, as well as administrative enforcement procedures.
