To establish the Cache La Poudre River National Water Heritage Area in the State of Colorado.
Cache La Poudre River National Water Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Cache Le Poudre River National Water Heritage Area, Colorado.
Establishes the Cache La Poudre River National Water Heritage Area Commission to coordinate with Federal, State, and local authorities in the development and implementation of an integrated plan to interpret and manage elements of the history of water development theme.
Requires the Commission to submit a Water Heritage Area Interpretation and Management Plan to the Secretary of the Interior and to the Governor of Colorado for their review. Sets forth provisions relating to the approval or disapproval of the Secretary for such Plan.
Terminates the Commission in five years, authorizing a five-year extension under certain circumstances.
Authorizes appropriations.
