To establish the American Samoa Study Commission.
American Samoa Study Commission Act - Establishes the American Samoa Study Commission to study and evaluate all factors that led to American Samoa's historical and present political status and relationship with the United States.
Requires the Commission to: (1) prepare and publish a draft report containing its findings, conclusions, and recommendations; (2) distribute such report to appropriate Federal and American Samoan agencies; and (3) make it available to members of the public upon request. Requires the Commission to submit a final report to the President and the Congress after its publication.
Authorizes appropriations. Terminates the Commission after submittal of its final report.
