Approves, as governing international fishery agreements for the purposes of the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act, notwithstanding specified provisions of such Act relating to congressional oversight of international fishery agreements, the extension of specified agreements between the United States and the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Poland, and the European Economic Community.
