To establish a Middle East Private Investment Corporation.
Middle East Private Investment Corporation Act - Establishes the Middle East Private Investment Corporation to issue guarantees of loans for and other investments made by investors for or in projects in friendly countries and in the Middle East area.
Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should enter into negotiations with other countries in order to establish a Middle East development bank that would provide financing for projects that will promote peaceful economic and social development in the Middle East.
