To establish a commission to study the impact of intercollegiate athletics on interstate commerce, and for other purposes.
National Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics Act - Establishes the National Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics.
Directs the Commission to submit a final report, with recommendations, to the President and specified congressional committees within two years after enactment of this Act.
Terminates the Commission within 60 days after submission of its final report.
