Defense Coordinated Health Care Act of 1991

Defense Coordinated Health Care Act of 1991 - Requires the medical health care system of the Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force to be administered solely by the Coordinated Health Care Agency (CHCA). Directs the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense of Health Affairs to organize the CHCA and requires the CHCA to be established by January 15, 1992.

Requires the Assistant Secretary to develop and implement policy over: (1) all functions necessary to operation of the military health care system; (2) readiness of combat medical support in operating and field forces; (3) delivery of health care services in field facilities; (4) training and development of health services personnel; (5) service unique operational medical support; and (6) preparation for wartime medical mobilization (to be developed jointly by the three Surgeons General). Directs the Surgeons General to advise and provide technical information to assist the Assistant Secretary.
