To limit the antitrust exemption applicable to joint agreements among certain professional sports teams regarding telecasting their games played at home for viewing without charge to the public.
Fairness to Fans Act of 1991 - Provides that the antitrust exemption for television agreements of professional sports leagues shall not apply to a person (or league of which such person is a member) if the number of free televised regular season home games of a professional team controlled by such person is less than the average number of such games televised during the regular seasons over the ten-year period beginning in 1981.
