IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES July 10, 1991 Mr. BUSTAMANTE introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL Relating to the reliquidation of certain entries. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. RELIQUIDATION AUTHORITY. Notwithstanding section 514 of the Tariff Act of 1930 or any other provision of law, the Secretary of the Treasury, within 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, shall, upon request filed with the appropriate customs officer, reliquidate each entry listed in section 2 at the rate of duty that would have been assessed if heading 9802.00.50 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States applied to such entry and make the appropriate refund of duty. SEC. 2. AFFECTED ENTRIES.
