To establish a commission to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the birth of Thomas Jefferson.
Thomas Jefferson Commemoration Act - Establishes the Thomas Jefferson Commemoration Commission to promote and coordinate activities in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Thomas Jefferson.
Requires the Commission to make interim and final reports to the President and the Congress on its activities. Terminates the Commission within 60 days after its final report.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1992 through December 31, 1993.
