Correctional Drug Treatment Improvement Act of 1991

Correctional Drug Treatment Improvement Act of 1991 - Requires the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy to: (1) coordinate the various drug treatment-related programs of the Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance in order to provide increased training, technical assistance, and information regarding drug and substance abuse treatment methods for corrections facilities, courts, prosecutors, and parole officers; (2) assure that such increased training, technical assistance, and information are shared among all entities eligible to receive Federal drug and substance abuse treatment assistance in the criminal justice area; (3) issue initial rules under this Act within 180 days; and (4) report to the Congress within one year on the implementation of such coordination.
