Cavalry Forts of the Old West: The Historic Kansas Frontier Forts Study Act of 1991 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the National Park Service, to study certain historic frontier cavalry forts in Kansas to develop alternative means of collectively preserving and interpreting them. Requires the Secretary to transmit such study to specified congressional committees.
Authorizes appropriations.
