Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to waive certain service-connected disabilities as health-related grounds for denying an alien admission into the United States.
Provides with regard to naturalization through armed forces service for: (1) a reduction in qualifying service time from three years to two years; and (2) eligibility based on any period of service in the case of a service-connected disability.
