To promote tourism from Canada to the Great Lakes region of the United States.
Great Lakes Tourism Promotion Act - Declares that the U.S.-Canada Free Trade Agreement established a priority of increased tourism between Canada and the United States. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to promote travel by Canadian residents to the Great Lakes States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1992 through 1994.
