National Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics Act - Establishes the National Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics to study certain aspects of college and university athletic programs.
Directs the Commission to report to the President and the Congress within two years after enactment of this Act.
Terminates the Commission within 60 days after submission of its final report.
